Tracking audit and monitoring for WooCommerce

Red today. Green in thirty days.

Behind every page sit tags, cookies, consent signals and purchase events. Numeristic lines them up with every order, ranks what's broken by the money at stake, and checks each fix until the dashboard turns green. Move the lens to look underneath.

Free. No account. Results in a few minutes.

How it works

Three layers deep

Numeristic reads your shop at three depths. The first is free and takes a few minutes. The other two run on your orders.

  1. 01The page

    Free consent scan

We load your home page and two more pages three times: before any choice, after Accept and after Reject. You see every tracker and cookie in each state with its lifetime, how hard Reject is next to Accept, your Consent Mode signals, the consent settings in your published Google Tag Manager container, personal data inside tracking requests, and which script sent each request.

    Tracking audit

Install the WordPress plugin and connect Google and Meta with read-only access. The setup report arrives the same day. From day 7 each order gets a verdict: counted by GA4, received by Google Ads and Meta, refused consent, or lost. On day 14 the audit ranks the problems by the money at stake, each with its fix and the points it's worth.

    Monitoring

After the audit, Numeristic keeps checking: plugin and server signals every 15 minutes, your shop's setup (plugins, theme, consent plugin, caching) every hour, and GA4, Google Ads and Meta totals against your orders every day. When purchases stop arriving, the alert email names the change that came just before. A weekly summary covers the rest.

Inside the audit

The report lands on day 14, and the audit behind it stays open. Every answer says which orders it came from.

Assistant · sample data

Explain why order #4278 never reached Meta.

Order #4278 was paid by card. After the bank's 3-D Secure check, the buyer landed on the order page instead of the thank-you page, and no purchase event fires there. GA4, Google Ads and Meta never received it.

Two other orders, #4213 and #4320, took the same path. All three belong to F2.

For freelancers and small agencies running ads for 5 to 30 WooCommerce shops, and WordPress studios that look after shops. Open the first call with real findings, then keep every client shop under the lens.

  • Batch consent scans, so a pitch opens with real findings
  • A client list with a score for each shop, worst first
  • Alerts before your client notices
  • White-label PDF reports with your logo
  • One invoice for every client
  • Which script sent each request, so the agency-versus-developer argument ends with evidence

Ground rules

Read-only from the first day

Numeristic changes nothing on your shop, your tags or your ad accounts. People apply the fixes. Numeristic checks them.

  • Every number shows where it came from.

Your shop's own orders, GA4, Google Ads or Meta, with the date it was read.

  • Nothing disappears quietly.

Over your plan's order limit we stop importing new orders and say so on every screen. Your history stays, and upgrading fills the gap.

  • Your data stays in the EU.

Processed and stored in the EU. Click IDs are kept only as hashes; names, emails and addresses are never stored in plain text.

  • Every finding carries its dates and sources.

Hand it to your developer, your agency or your lawyer. Numeristic gives evidence, never legal advice.

Where the lens stops

  • WooCommerce on WordPress only. Shopify isn't supported.
  • Under about 50 orders a month, the free scan is probably all you need.
  • The audit waits for 14 days of orders before it concludes. It never judges on a handful.
  • Orders blocked by browser extensions can't be fixed in the browser. The report says how many.

Pricing

Fourteen days free. The audit fits inside.

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, no card. The audit report arrives on day 14, so you read it before you pay anything.

Questions

Before you scan

Do I have to change my tracking setup?

No. Numeristic reads what you have with read-only access and changes nothing. The fixes are yours to apply, or our team's.

What does the WordPress plugin do?

It pairs your shop with your account, captures each order as your shop records it, and reads what the browser and the consent banner did. It sets no cookies.

How soon will I see something?

The free scan takes a few minutes. The setup report comes the same day you install. First order verdicts arrive on day 7, the full audit on day 14.

Which platforms do you support?

WooCommerce on WordPress, with GA4, Google Ads, Meta and Google Tag Manager. Stape for server-side containers from the Growth plan. Shopify isn't supported.

Can you fix it for me?

Yes. Hand the change list to your developer or your agency, or let our team apply it. Either way, Numeristic checks the fix on the orders that follow.

Is this legal advice?

No. You get evidence with dates and sources. The conclusions are yours and your lawyer's.
